Treadmill desk
 

Anyone heard of the treadmill desk? I don't have to work much from a desk but if i did I certainly would look into one of these!

I've posted about this a few times... I have 2 of them now... one in my office... and one for my computer at home... All I can say is that it's been absolutely amazing... It has been a complete game changer for me... I'll do 2 or 3 miles on it without even realizing it... and I've done as much a 6 miles in a single day at work... It's enabled me to get in 15,000 steps a day now... and I've hit 22,000 steps one day! I also feel so much more focused while working now... And at home I no longer have to feel guilty spending time on the computer... I really can't say enough good things about them....

I joke that I would like to make it my mission in life to see that everyone who has to spend their entire day at desk would have the option of having one... And I can only imagine what would happen to obesity rates if everyone used one while they were on line... I mean could you imagine what that could do?
