Day 5!
Dumpling, :welcome2:! So glad you're doing the DBC with us. 30 days. 8 weeks. We're all working at it together.
Beth, my ball is way big too, but it works okay for me. I usually do the DBC in the a.m., but Wed/Fri I leave for swim at 5:30a (and get up at 4:45 to feed Emma the Rocket Dawg and Watson the Hellboy Cat, get ready, fix smoothies for DH & me, etc.) so it's just not gettin' done before swim. We had dinner with out of town friends after work, so didn't get home & roll down to the basement 'til after 9:30p. But... ta-daaaaa! Got'er done!:carrot: 8# X 20 reps X 3 sets. And now to bed. I adhered to the letter if not the spirit of the challenge.

Okay, I'm a total cheater here. Well... not total, partial.
