get off the couch
I am 49 years old and love my beer, the colder the better, not a lush, just like one maybe two after a hard day at work.
I just started my routine so I am hoping to share some great news with you all. Just recently bought a gazelle edge, I have knee problems so running is out. I use this 30 minutes every other day right now along with a proform ab glider, I got both of them from amazon, free delivery. Cost about 140 each. But I dont have time for the gym. I work 50 plus hours a week, I like to go home afterwards. So far I have been doing ok with keeping up on my routine. Except for this weekend, daughter was in town we went to the beach, n the hotel did not have a gym. Anyway, lets get busy, I want to loose 20 pounds, where can we post our workouts? Today...... Woo hoo!! I'm with ya - I'm going to be 44 this year. Have 25-30 to lose. HATE DESPISE DETEST working out. I worked out today too! Rode my stationary bike - HIIT for 20 minutes. Planning on weights tomorrow!
