I LOVE to swim and I LOVE to bike. But where i'm from pool's aren't open and my gym doesn't have a pool so no swimming for me yet :(. And I had my own bike, but it got young on me and sadly I can't afford another one at the moment. I have a stationary bike......but it's not the same :( :(.
But yes those are my favorite ways to exercise. |
I love kickboxing and running. I'm also fairly fond of the elliptical.

I love hiking in the mountains. That is one of my favorite activities, exercise wise or otherwise, in the world. However, I live in Florida, one of the flattest places ever. But I also love running on the flat. And the things it does for my legs. So sexy.

When I was younger I used to love to skate but honestly, that just doesn't work for me these days. I can't risk injury (and you know there would be) and also, it isn't like rinks are all just around the corner. I think more people would exercise if there were more fun things to do.

I love walking with my German Shepherd. We started doing C25K and he is LOVING it. I'm just trying to get through it at the moment :D Tough, but I feel so good about myself afterwards! Hubby bought me a hula hoop and once I find a workout DVD for it, I'm gonna start doing that. I read it's a good whole body workout, so why not! I've also been enjoying the pool twice a week.
