Pilates at home
 

I used to be really into pilates, but then moved somewhere where there is no convenient class available. Does anyone have any recommendations for mat pilates videos or Youtube links? I probably should go back to back to the beginning level for a brief refresher, but all levels are welcome.

Can you get pilates videos from your library? Or get them transferred from another library? Then you could try before you buy.

I like Mari Winsor videos. They're the only ones I like. But I had to try a lot of them before I found what I like so you may like different ones than I do I don't know.

Check out Pilates Anytime online. They have great classes, some by Master Teachers. Very reasonable $$$

If you can get your hands on Winsor pilates, I used to do them and thought they were great!
