10000 steps questions
hi guys,
just wondering if the whole 10000 steps thing is counted as exercise? i do try exercise when i can, usually about 4 days a week - anything from walking, zumba, etc. having a 10month old i dont usually have the time or energy for more than that! but days i dont exercise i wear a pedometer and consciously try get in as many steps as possible, and usually hit 10000, sometimes more, sometimes less is this still good for weight loss? i mean i still also stick in my 1200 calorie allowance as well but i feel guilty when i dont exercise so i just hope that the 10000 are enough. also with the whole thing, is the 10000 steps supposed to exclude or include exercise? thanks!! :) |
10,000 is the recommended minimum but of course more is better... If you're continually losing weight then it's all good... Also make sure the 1200 calories you're eating are clean :hun:
