Exercise stall?
I'm so confused I've been dealing with frustration because I stalled for weeks. (1350 cals a day and light-mod exercise, 2L of water a day) then for a week same cals same water no exercise and lbs dropped. Then I started exercising again and stall!!!! What is going on with that??

My experience with weight loss and exercise has been that sometimes it takes my body some time to adjust when I change my routine. I'm not exactly sure about the science behind it but I think that when you're building muscle your body holds on to more water? Just keep it up and your body will normalize after a bit. Either way, you should see a difference with inches lost even if the pounds aren't flying off.

You mention «light-mod exercise» I would increase the intensity of your workouts... More incline, intervals, speed work, heavier weights, etc...
