Exercising on Carpet
What do you think about working out on carpet? Is it bad, okay, or good?
Do you think that carpet is similar to grass? |
I do my 30 day shred workout on carpet and I still get the same results as I did when I exercised outside. I don't think it really makes a difference but I guess it depends on the person.

Do you find that carpet has too much drag?
Do you prefer a smoother surface? Also, why do people say that wood is the best exercise surface? (Notice that many gyms and dance rooms have wood floors) |
I haven't really noticed a difference. I don't prefer any surface over another.
I don't know why wood's better than other surfaces. |
Maybe your carpet is flat.
I imagine that it might be an issue for really plush carpets. |
