L1D9 done!!!
One more day of L1 left! Has anyone previewed L2??? |
Today is day 3 of level 2 for me! Level 2 is killing my knee and all the planking makes me want to die! But, still goin'!
|
D2L1. It's getting funny, I seem to have difficulties walking and lifting my hands. But proud, oh so proud of myself for pushing through!!!
|
L1D10 done!!!!!
Yay!!! Done with level 1. Lol so glad to be done with side lunges Hopefully I'm prepared for level 2. Although, I know a lot of people have said they feel like Level 2 is easier. We'll see :) Is anyone noticing any changes in their bodies yet (aside from being sore? Lol)??? I'm still battling with the scale, hopefully I'll see some positive changes soon. |
I'm doing level 1 and level 2 at the same time right now and I'm going to start doing level 3 in another couple weeks.......
Level 2 is ridiculous. I agree that all the planking is killer! But I fight through it with grunting and all that and keep going. It works.....My body has gotten so much stronger in a week in a half from doing this work out. |
lol I agree with you guys- so sore all the time! I finished Day 3 on level 1 today. I was like "WTF, Jillian? My butt still hurts from yesterday!" lol apparently she didnt care!
|
L1 D9 whoohoo one more day then i'm moving to level 2. i feel myself getting stronger but no difference in the scale... having a really hard time getting the food part under control :(
|
I think I was on here earlier in this thread, but I've "restarted" a few times. I'm done with that now...I'm finally finding my motivation to stick with it!
Just finished D4L1 today. It's getting a little easier...but only for the first couple reps! I'm already semi-terrified to hear that Level 2 involves planks... gwenaa - Sounds like you're doing great with your exercises! You'll be able to get the food part down in time...just keep working at it. Once you find something that works for you, it will all start to fall into place. |

Hi, can I join you? I've been doing 30DS for 4 days now! I've been reading your posts and encouraged by your reactions to the shred. I knew to expect D3 to be horrible (and it was) so I used a little lighter weights that day, thank you for warning me! And as you wrote, today was a lot better.
I want to keep doing L1 until it's --maybe not easy--but not hard. I hope it'll be around the 10 day mark, but maybe it'll be after. L2 sounds really scary! But I was excited today that could actually do the ab exercise where you lift your bottom off the ground! :carrot: |
I neglected to mention in my previous post that I can also tell a definite difference in my upper chest/shoulders area already. :strong:
|
L1D10 whoohoo can't believe i'm done level one. excited and nervous for level 2 lol
atmos- thanks i'm hoping i can get control of it so the scale will finally go down :) |
I think I'm about to start this and do it soon! I do worry about the days I work nights and might not want to do a workout in the morning but maybe I can commit...
