I'm going to say.. L2D7 complete! Technically I've done level two eight times now but I'm not going to let yesterday count because I didn't do very well.
I'm still struggling but I don't feel like it is worse after being sick. Thank god.

Congratulations to all you who have (nearly) finished! What is your next plan? I have bought Ripped In 30, not sure if I'm going to be able to do it though if it's much harder than 30DS.

I started a thread for Ripped in 30 Support if anyone is interested in embarking on that journey following completion of 30DS.

:bravo: Bunnabear -Congratulations!

My knee started acting up so I was afraid to continue for fear of injuring myself further. I have a race in May and I'm trying to balance workout with healing.

L2D10 complete! Today went relatively well and I'm looking forward to level 3!

runthecontinent 03-02-2013 07:42 AM

L3D1 complete! I love love love level 3! It is a good challenge but contrary to level 2, I am actually physically able and flexible enough to do all the moves, haha. Except for rock star jumps. I feel like I'm going to fall on my face.

runthecontinent 03-03-2013 11:34 AM

I don't seem to be talking to anyone beside myself anymore but...

L3D2 complete! I'm doing ok. Love it!

Ha ha I am reading. Can't wait to see ur results!
I am on L2D2 and like Julian says she is trying to kill me. I feel like level one was nothing compared. Suddenly it jumped to moves that actually required balance and coordination. Which I don't have one bit. Did better today as yesterday I was trying to figure out how to do the moves right. Man its a killer lol.
I was going to try to go all the way with hardly any breaks but realized quickly there was no way that would happen. Am counting the days till my next break.

Sounds like you're having the same issues I had with level 2, haha. I never did manage to do most of those moves properly but if you're anything like me, L3 will be so much better! It's a good kick in the butt without making you feel as inadequate! :D

Oh, and I had a bit of an NSV today.. I was getting dressed this morning and my boyfriend rubbed my back and said I looked thinner and more toned! Now I know I haven't been losing (much) weight but I guess my body is getting firmer. :-)
