Plantar fasciitis AND achillies tendinitis- cardio ideas?

Went to the doctor today for some foot pain, I've got plantar fasciitis and achillies tendinitis. For 3 weeks I am not supposed to run or elliptical, no aerobics class (high impact) and the closest pool to me is a 30 minute drive...

I can bike but its not my FAVORITE option at all...

If anyone has a super-creative and exciting cardio workout for me, I will love you forever!! :)
