Running healed me?
Halfway through the day, I my nose got that feeling where it feels like sneezing but it can't, and my throat felt weird. Today was cold and windy, unlike yesterday which warm and not-as-windy. Nevertheless, I went out for my run, feeling still miserable after 7 minutes, but I think around 10 minutes the feeling in my nose went away and my throat got better. For the rest of the run (about 18 more minutes) I felt like there was never a problem with my sinuses.
Now that I'm indoors, my nose is starting to feel funny again, but still, I was amazed that running made me feel better. Has this occurred to anyone else? |
yeah ive had that happen before, although i run inside at the gym...once i get my body going and the blood flowing i tend to feel alot better...later on though, whatever ailment i had tends to resurface lol...however ive found that the exercise helps me fight off common colds and bugs...hasnt helped with bronchitis and pneumonia though, or ear infections, but only with the common germs

Probably because of the increased air-flow, huh? Since then my symptoms have escalated to a full-on cold... ugh. But I think I can get out and run tonight.
