I have alot of weight to lose, and started walking about a month ago.. I have been walking about 4 times a week.. How long does it usually take to see a difference?

If you are like me you will start feeling better before you start looking better. How long/far do you walk?

I know someone who lost a lot of weight by doing Weight Watchers and walking. She lost 40 pounds in about 4 months.

You should measure yourself and then do it about once every month. Also it is good to take pictures of yourself everytime you measure. I'm sure you will see and feel the difference in no time.

Hi,

I'm with Caledon, I started feeling so much better after, I haven't lost that much yet, but it makes me feel good to get out there. When I'm not able to go walking I just feel so BLAH. Just keep it up, sooner or later you will start to see a difference.
