I must have been typing while you posted NOW I see where you live! Sounds like it is similar to mine,but unlike some I am able to run in the day time. Also I run on dirt or trail and avid pavement, hard on my joints.

I'm creeping on this thread because I am about to pick back up my walking/running routine heavily since the heat and humidity are finally going away for a while.
