question about my exercise routine

  • I go to the y 4 days a week and have been wondering if my routine
    is ok or should I change it?
    • Tuesday- strength training (40 min) & cardio - zumba (45 min)
    • Thursday - treadmill (some intervals) (50 min)
    • Friday - piloxing (45 min) Pilates&boxing
    • Saturday - cardio - zumba (40 min) & strength training (30 min)
  • What are your goals?
