So, I come from a long line of nice round booties. However, since I have packed on the pounds my butt is nothing like it used to be. I see plenty of women my size who still have round bottoms but mine just looks flat. It definitely wasn't this way before I packed on the pounds. Do you think it was just meant to be this way or would gaining weight have this effect? I don't see how that would be possible though.
My real question though is, can squats help build a rounder, big booty? I am committed to losing this weight and if I am exercising, I figure I might as well work towards my ideal body.
