Has anyone used the Ab Coaster Pro to lose weight?

An exercise machine won't make you lose weight. Making a plan to reduce your caloric intake (pick a plan any plan) will.

Eat to lose weight, exercise to improve fitness.

Yes, I know diet is a big part of losing weight, but besides that, was just wondering if anyone uses this machine to assist in weight loss

To me it just looks like another gadget that «targets» a specific area, in this case, the abs... You cannot spot reduce, you need to lose over all fat by following a good healthy food plan and by exercising by doing cardio to lose fat and weight train to gain muscle.

I would definitely not purchase this I'd go for a walk instead and save my money...
