Signed up for my first group hike!
I have no idea what to expect when I go as I have never done a group program like this before. It's going to be a 3 hour 7 mile hike Thursday morning. I'm kind of nevrous and excited at the same time as I'm going on this by myself, so I won't know anyone in the group:) Does anybody have experience with these group exercise programs, or have any tips on what to expect?
