grrrrrr......broke my elbow

in a moped accident:(

ER dr said he didnt think surgery was needed but very close, but going to the bone dr on friday..... i was justting back on a role after injuring my toe.

after pain subsides, i will get back to walking, was up to 3.79miles in one hour

bummed
