I am so happy, I ran my second half yesterday here in Toronto, the Good life fitnees marathon. I did great, I finished in 1:59:24 i am so proud, I ran it 18 min faster than my first ... Now its time to rest, I am planing on star trainning on june for my second full on October, and I promese my self that I am going to be fitter by then, i going to mix my running whit weights and bike riding.
