  • I thought I would start the May thread for 30DS as I started this morning! Holy Crap...I did it, with the exception of the very end abs...I had to rest. I surprised myself in being able to do the modified push-ups quite well I am still amazed that I made it through...lol. I am sweaty, hot, and shaky but I guess that is a good thing! I wonder how sore I will be in the morning...lol.

    I took before pictures, weight and measurements. I don't know if I will be able to finish in the 30 days, but I guess we will see. Any exercise is better than none Happy May Day!

    I just completed L2D6 ... so just past the halfway point. I haven't done it EVERY day by a long shot. LOL But keeping up with it, hoping to finish by around the 20th.
  • I hurt so bad this morning! It's going to be really hard doing L1D2 today...lol. I am hoping that this hurting goes away and it gets better? I am still super happy I finished it yesterday...lol. Although I hurt, it's really a 'feel good' hurt
  • Well, I did it L1D2 down! It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be!

    L2D7 Down!! Gonna move on after 10 days, but we'll see how level 3 goes.. may have to stay in 2 a bit longer. LOL
  • L1D2!! So sore ...moved from the 5 pound pink dumbbells to the 8 pounders... Aaahhh...
  • I think I am going to have to have a rest day today Yesterday after I finished I just felt ill. My whole body hurt, and my knee started acting up. I have bad knees, and since I've lost some weight they haven't really bothered me too much, but I guess the exercising did them in. I did take a walk last night and I have to work today (I'm a waitress), so hopefully I will be back at it tomorrow. I have to say that my thighs hurt the most, even to just touch them...lol. Going down stairs or a hill is a killer! Good luck everyone

  • I'd like to join! I am starting 30 day shred today......haven't done any type of resistance training in a long time so I know this is going to be hard.
  • L2D8 down! YEY! feeling good... thought I still do the walking push ups from my knees and not sure I will ever graduate from that. LOL

  • Had another rest day today, but back at it tomorrow I can actually walk down stairs now lol.

    Inches lost:

    Arms: -0.5 each, so -1
    Bust: -1
    Waist: -2
    Upper hips: -2
    Lower hips: -2
    Upper thighs: -2 each , so -4
    Lower thighs: -1 each, so -2

    Weight loss: -9 lbs
