squats, lunges, Ive also heard a trainer say kettle bell swings (where you bend your knees and lift the bell up, and then when it goes back down squat again) and there was 1 more, i forgot what it was called but it was like you step up on something 6 inches or higher with one leg and then kick the opposite leg back if that makes sense lol

I'm gonna try all the suggestions as well. I can bet with all the surface area back there as I move along my weight loss there will be saggage.
My butt is BIG. It's square. And, it's flat. Immediately above my rear is my extra fluffy muffin top that extends itself 180 degrees. So from a backporch perspective, it looks kinda like a 60" flat screen tv with big ol' ear muffs on. I try not to look at it too much. There's enough going on in the front to keep me horrified. :yikes: Thank God we don't have rearview mirrors on our head. |
