The idea was to jog uphill for 7 minutes, then jog back down again, and repeat for about half an hour.
In practice I just sort of kept going and ran right to the top of the hill, until I could look into the next bay!
I say 'ran' to the top. Actually it was more like jog until you feel sick, walk until the nausea passes, then jog on again.

I am so very proud of myself...I could burst.
AND I LOVE LOVE LOVE RUNNING!!!



I have on hill runs per week on my schedule right now and even if they are a pain in the *** when you do them (I don't usually love feeling like I'm on the edge of dying
) they do wonderful things to your stamina and muscles legs
