you should still call the other gym and tell them what happened. Just ask rude girl to give you the managers name and when they will be there.

I decided I'm going to write a letter to the managers/owners, that way it'll definitely get to the right person. I'm going to call tomorrow and just ask what the manager's name is so I know who to address it to.
