ZuzkaLight's ZWOW (Zuzanna of BodyrockTV)
 

So does anyone know or do the ZWOW's(Zuzana's workout of the week) of ZuzkaLight on Youtube? And did it give you good results? I actually followed Bodyrock.TV for awhile but then i quit bc Zuzana left it :(.. but she is back now and im following her workouts :D For those who dont know Zuzana, She is a girl on Youtube that makes good HIIT workouts for like 10-20 minutes and sometimes other ones like 600 reps etc. Her youtube name is:ZuzkaLight :)

I LOVE Zuzana. I incorporate her ZWOW's right after my Jillian Michaels ripped in 30 workout. I can't do EVERYTHING yet, but I do what I can. The muscles in my legs and calves are starting to pop, ad my arm fate is going away. :)

i had no idea Zuzana left bodyrock O.o... glad to be back on the HIIT wagon though
