I'm trying to go to the gym everyday. I missed one day this week so far but that ok bc I just started this journey of weight loss. I try to do 45 mins or more at the gym.
I see ppl at the gym doing classes and they look so fun but im way to embaressed to give it a try. So What I was wanting to do in addition to the gym is Turbo jam. I don't have the new Turbo Fire. I have the older ones with the cadio dance party and stength training.
I'm looking for someone who also has these and would like to do the same workouts on the same days and motivate each other to do it and talk about how we did and all that fun stuff.
I need more activity in my life since i'm a stay at home mommy and sit on my but most the day LOL
