I use it every day, but only for about 40 minutes. I don't feel sore but I do feel my muscles in a tightness kind of a way. I should tell you that I put it on a resistance of 100 (the maximum) and an incline of 10 (also maximum). What resistance are you using? Are you sweating? Do you feel your heart pumping? You don't need to be sore to burn calories.
