A few weeks ago I made Rachel Ray's Sausage, Kale and Lentil soup. It was VERY good. I added ground turkey to the sausage, mixed it up and let it sit in the fridge a day. The ground turkey took the flavor of the sausage and I didn't have to season the meat at all. I wish I had some today because its chilly and damp. Perfect soup weather.

I found it on the foodnetwork. I was looking for a recipe using lentils and incorporating veggies.

Just got done spring cleaning the entire house, gonna grab something to eat, and then it's back to Jillian. I have to wear ipod now because I am getting to the point I can no longer stand to hear her talking, plus it seems to make the work-out go by faster. ;)

Even with that, the soup's really good.

Good Morning!

It's a sunny day here in Philly. How is it in your neck of the woods? I'm at work, eating a healthy breakfast and brought a snack of hummus, veggies and a little of the buffalo chicken dip for snack and a healthy lunch.

As an experiment last night I made Black Bean Brownies from a Youtube cook called Yoyomax. They were very interesting to make because they didn't have any flour. The result was a very moist brownie with loads of fiber.

Well since I took off on Friday I have work to catch up on. I hope everyone has a great day!

Hi. Just back from Pilates class. It's cool and windy here today.

So psyched - I saw my goal weight briefly on the scale this morning...I'm about a pound away from losing 10% :carrot:, which I want done by Easter. Gotta go...have a great day !
