. I realized that I prefer low impact, esp at home since I have downstairs neighbors and I'd rather not have to replace their ceiling
I figure for the $$$ I spend on a gym membership, I can have a nice collection of exercise classes on dvd + an occasional in-person pilates or yoga class...I have 2 more dvd's on the way in...one ab work and one kinda kick-boxing... I am determined to find the right exercise fit. So far, I've felt great benefits from pilates; now I need more general strength and muscle building, with some cardio other than walking outside or the gym machines...
Bunneh....yours sounds like a nice combination work-out...
