Clueless!

  • So, here's my dilemma ... I've worked out & done strength training in the past, but just inconsistently & very random exercises. I would like a M,W,F upper body routine and a T, R lower body, but I don't know where to start. I'd like to use mostly free weights, balls, etc. Rather than machines all the time. Does anyone know of a website that showdown pictures alobg with a schedule? I know I could make my own, but don't have a comouter or printer right now. I'd be willing to spend some time ay the library making one, but I'd like some advice or guidelines if anyone has some? thanks!
  • I recommend getting yourself a copy of either the New Rules of Lifting for Women or the New Rules of Lifting for Abs. Both are exercise programs geared at full body, all over strength using free weights and big muscle groups. They're fabulous.
