What a great idea for a thread! Are we meant to make a new entry every day or just continue to edit one thread per user?

I walk about 3-5 miles at a time at least 3-4 times a week. Sometimes I add weight lifting and working out on the elliptical machine, too. I think my body has gotten overly used to this activity because I'm mostly maintaining and not losing and I need to increase the number or intensity or maybe try for every day, instead, and this thread is great motivation!

Last week, I walked 5 hours at 3 mph, so that's 15. The week before, was 20 hours of walking (outdoorsy trip helped with that!) at the same or more speed, so that's 60. The week before that, I walked about 3 hours, so that's 9. That brings me up to 84 for the month, so far. I'll update this week's, later.

May (so far) -- 84 miles
Goal -- 1000+ miles. :)

Hi Neon Zephyr. We just post a new entry whenever we have new milage to add. I usually do it every day I bike but some people just add everything up and post a few times a month. Glad you decided to join us. :)
