Record how many minutes you work out for the month here! You don’t really have to post every day, as long as you keep track of the minutes from previous days and post them. It is up to you...

We can do this! This is the time of year when people make resolute efforts to get in shape so let's make the best of this!

Happy New Year Everyone :carrot::carrot:... thought I'd get in early as we are a day ahead down here in New Zealand ...

2012 sounds like a great year to meet my goals

Jan 1st - 30 mins Elliptical, 20 min Treadmill Total = 50 mins :)
Jan 3rd - 60 mins Weight Training

Total: 110 mins

Jan 1 - 3 - no exercise
Jan 4 - Elliptical - 5 mins, Power Aerobics - 60 mins

Summary

Elliptical - 5 mins
Power Aerobics - 60 mins

Total - 65 mins
