Winsor Slimming - experience, thoughts?
 

in a random converstaion with a friend Winsor Slimming Pilates was brought up and she was surprised I"d never tried it.

I got curious and looked at it, seems pretty fun to be honest, just curious for those that have tried pilates in the past if you had a positive experience with it, enjoyed it, saw a noticeable difference in muscle tone, inches lost etc.

And if you've specifically used the accelerator bar, how did you like it? Did you think it was worth the price? ($60 seems really reasonable to me for what you get)
It seriously looks like a lot of fun to me, kind of want to try it just for that alone ha ha.
