Tried it for first time n im WRECKED........must have looked a right silly mare but hay ho my curtains were shut , my lil house bunny coco was looking at me like i was crazy tho haha.

Anyone else tried this?..............did it help shread the pounds? im deff having another go its get so competitive hehe:carrot:
