Arc trainers
 

Hey everyone. I've been a member of a gym for a year now but have never tried the arc trainers that they had available until today and I was fumbling around for the first part of my workout. I wanted to try something different because I've been away from the gym for about a month now because I had gotten bored with my workout routine. If anyone has any personal experience with this cardio machine, I would love your opinion on it. :D

I love it! I find it super challenging and it works up a great sweat. The back of my knees are a little sore afterward :lol: but I think it's a great machine. How'd you like it?

I like it! I use it to switch it up sometimes when there's no spin class and I'm between running days. I find the elliptical too "easy" but the arc trainer really gets my HR up and I'm covered in sweat within 10 minutes. I just wish it had a TV attached...
