Runners cramp????
Hi everybody!!! Since I start running everyday I got this horrible pain in my right side. I google it and discover the name... "runners cramp". Does anyone has feel this before, wanna know more about it. Thanx

i've had that. when it happens, i slow my pace (but still keep running) and breath deeply. it's one of those things that you end up "pushing through. i try not to let it make me stop and walk because i want to build my endurance and i am training for long distance races.

I find that if I'm very well hydrated I seem to experience them less, and also if I'm sure to vary my breathing a bit... just what seems to work for me!

I used to get these quite a bit, but as I got more experienced in running as well as making sure I drink lots of water before heading out, I don't get them any more.
