Hi, another newbie here. :-) I'm desperately trying to find some kind of exercise that will work for me. I like walking, and I used to like running (years ago).
My question is this: Do you have to constantly be looking at your phone (or ipod) while you're running? In other words, are there timers or something on the display that guide you as you go along? I only ask because I don't know if I can hold it in my hands the whole time and constantly look at it. I would be afraid of dropping it.




I was relieved that the time off didn't make the run noticeably harder. I admit I was pretty worried that I would have to move back to week one.
