The Gym Box

Just wondering does anyone have Gymbox?
Its a Roku channel and well worth the 10 bucks a month.

I'm really curious about it too! It seems like it would be perfect for someone that wants to try different workouts regularly or gets bored easily. Would love to know anyone's experience with it.

It's kind of like exercise t.v, only a lot better. There are no commercials.
What I especially like is the treadmill workouts. They also have pilates, core,
strength, stretch, extreme cardio, spin, step and much more. Its almost like having a personal trainer, and their workouts are some of the most challenging I've ever done.
