Rockin Body
 

I loved hip hop abs so much that I went over to the beach body web site and ordered another Shaun T workout called Rockin Body! OMG it is so much fun. It's all dance and very energetic. I only did the 15 min sequence where he teaches the moves. Can't wait until tomorrow to do one of the longer routines. I wish I discovered Shaun T years ago.
