Smile my c25k

So today I did wk1d1..
I did the whole thing.. I even threw in a extra 1 minute spring in the end... I do my walk at 3:5mph and my run at between 5:9 and 7. I started running intervals at 5:9 then to 6 and up to 7 then back down. It was exillerating... I have been trying to waddle threw running for a couple weeks and I did 2miles in 30 minutes. Not to day I hit my 2 mile(other goal!) At 26:57... yay. I walked home and thought I was going to pass out... but ibtook a cool shower and feel great... can't wait to do more...
My goal is to do a 5k running the whole way in the end of october. And to do it in less than 30 minutes... I feel as though that is so far out there that it is unobtainable...
I read on here to think posative thoughts and tell myself to keep going and it worked...... yay

Good for you!!
Absolutely tell yourself every single day that you CAN do it! The little things we say to ourselves are so important. I am a strong believer that if we think we can't do something, we probably can't. Turn it around and say "I CAN" and most likely, you can!
I look forward to reading about your progress!

W1d2..
Did fine today. I increased my walking speed to 3.9 and kept my running speed at 5.6. I didn't feel as though I was going to die.. I jumped in tje pool right afterwards and swam with the kids for half hour afterward so that porbly helped relax my muscles.
So in june when I started loosing weight via walking and calorie counting I was barely fitting in my 16s and those were stretchy denim. Now they are falling off. I have awhole wardrobe waiting in size 12 but no 14s. I am not gonna buy any either. I am just gonna keep sinching my belt tighter till the 12s fit.. I hope that happens before summer is over.
Also I don't want to only run 3x week. Is it ok to repeat like day 2 and 3 instead of not.I ams scared if I get out of sink it might be hard to get back on..

I tool Friday as a relax day..... then this am I got up at 5am with my husband.. then went for a 5.49mile bike ride... I maped it cause I had no clue how far I went!!! My legs are very shakey.... but man I love to ride my bike. I used to (10 years ago) ride my bike to work everyday. Then I started the night shift... thought I being blind could ride in the dark fine. Then like my 3rd night I rian right into a metal sighn pole for a bus stop..... flipping hurt so bad. Iquit riding all together.... then kids and life and lazy... so I gave it a try and it felt great!!!!! Does bike riding work as a cross training activitiy or should I do something that lays off my legs a little????
Today is going to be tuff eating day. I have a friends bday to go to and I have trouble resisting cake....... I CAN DO IT. I CAN DO IT. I CAN DO IT.....

Yesterday other than my bike ride wasn't a great day... I went to the party. I hate about 1800 calories..... but I guess it could have been worse. I didn't have seconds. She had yummy croissant sandwich platters. And cake and cupcakes........ today will be better!!!! I am not sure if I will run or not because my husband and I are taking the boat out with friends and kids. Usually I am so beat afterwards that I don't .... mabey I will try to sqeeze it in before we go. But if not I will defenatly tomorrow am......

I was suprized that even though my legs were shakey right after I recovered very quick and wasn't even sore the rest the day and I woke up good.... when I go again for a bike ride I am going to try to do 8~ 10. Miles and see how it goes.. it has to help leg strength fr running.. right?

I. Figured with the ride and being busy all day I better not push it...kinda disapointed. That my leg hurts. But hopefully I can do a run tomorrow....

I began c25k in May after reading about it on here and seeing some of your result photos milmin and I am pround to say I am down 25 lbs and going strong. c25k is awesome! I am stretching it longer than the normal program but it certainly is helpful.

??? Of the day. I have stopped c25k because I did a fast. Didn't want to hurt myself... any how I began biking and running again and its like all of a suddedn I feel unstopeable. Like today. I was on the tredmil and my first jogging interval came and I did the minute and I was like I don't wanna stop. I jogged a full 10 minutes and a little more and it was like I was fine the only reason I stopped is cause my 5yo daughter tripped on the cord. Argg igot off plugged it back in and walked a little and then proceeded to jog 2 more 5min intervals...
This may not seam huge but for me its AMAZING lol the most I've ran was like 2~3 minutes.
