My boyfriend and I just started the couch to 5k program. I was just wondering if anyone has successfully completed the program? We're really excited about it. We had no idea how far we could run until we did 30 minutes a few nights ago. We are doing a 5k in September to stop child trafficking and I cannot wait!
I am on week two... I am definitely a beginner runner... I used to run all the time but that was many years ago. I am taking 2 weeks for each week and that seems to work well for me! I have found that I look forward to running now!
