Hi all – I was wondering if any of you have a cardio or jump mat and what is your opinion/review/tips on it? I bought Turbo Fire a couple of months ago and haven’t been able to take advantage of it thinking I’m going to hurt my knees or make too much noise jumping around (I live in an apartment). I saw that Beach Body has an insanity jump mat. Anyone tried it?
