Stairs!!!
 
I love to be done with them, but I kinda hate to do 'em. ;) I have been able to find long....really, really loooong flights of stairs. I go up and then I walk to recover and then I do it again and repeat the whole process again. Sometimes, I do a stepmill at the gym (looks like a never ending escalator). Is anyone else doing stairs for their workout? :carrot:

Funny you say this, because I'm about to hit the gym and plan on doing the stepmill as well :P I don't do stairs, usually, because I'm hooked on the treadmill and elliptical, but I think it's time to start switching it up. I do use the stairs any chance I get, like at the mall or in my apartment. It can get quite annoying when I have groceries but it's worth it :P

I do the stair exercise at my house. I have only one flight of stairs, so I run up the stairs and then walk down them. It's really hard, and I have to take a break in between. I try to do it for 5 mins total - approx. 24 reps.

My house is a split-level so I have two flights of 'half-staircases' which on really rotten mornings where it's storming I go up and down both of them like for 10 minutes total. I work up a great sweat and I manage to get my cardio in. My six-year old son sometimes joins in!
