I know i've posted a few posts on here about belly dancing. But my god does it make you feel sexy. Once you've got the hang of it it's incredible, I've just been doing it for 90mins and i'm sweaty, but not out of breath and feel so good! damn it that I don't have a man in my life!! (and it burns around 450 cals per hour as an added bonus to get you through the elephant phase)
I love it as I don't dread having to do it, it relaxes me so I sleep better, and it helps my over all fitness as well as the sexiness factor. You can also do it for free via youtube! result!
I'm singing it's praises because at 217lbs its very difficult for me to feel ok about myself let alone sexy, and I want other people to get the same benefit from your chosen exercises as i'm starting too
