Best Ab Workout DVD?
 

I know the spiel about it supposedly not being possible to spot reduce, but my past experience has been that when I regularly use an ab dvd workout, my abs DO look a lot better (even underneath all that fat!). :) I HATE working my abs, so I need the "distraction" of a dvd. I had been using an old FIRM 5-day abs, and that was fine, but the VHS finally wore out (yes, it's THAT old), and I've decided to look for something new.

I'm considering this one, in case anyone has any feedback on it:
