Has anyone taken pilates??? I want to incorporate as much exercise as possible in my week. Every other day just isn't giving me the results I want, even when I do, for the most part eat healthy. Also, I'm not very coordinated, and they offer Zumba afterwords. Think I should give it a shot, even if I do have two left feet?




And while sore muscles are not the most pleasant experience, after being sedentary for longer then I'd like to admit, I'm proud that I got though it and I 'm ready for more! And Saef, if 6-12 months from now I discover some abs under my current jelly-belly -WOOHOO!!!!
