Swimming pool exercises?
 

We have an above ground pool... normal pool size... it doesn't have a deep end, though... so straight-legged treading it out of the question.

What sort of exercises could I do in the water? Are there any major calorie burners? I'd love to have a place to exercise where I wouldn't be overheated and sweating like a hog. :) :carrot:
