Lat month I did really good on exercise--mostly on the elliptical machines at my gym at school--
But this week I've been slacking--thinking dieting and quitting smoking and exercising are too much all at once.

This morning, I got up and noticed my next door neighbor having a yard sale. They pulled an elliptical out--I asked how much? $30--"works great, brand new, gift from the in-laws." They have to move--OMG! It's a Smooth brand, probably cost at least $1300. I am so stoked! And--I definitely have no more excuses!

Wow! That IS a miracle! Seems like someone out there wants you to use an elliptical!

Oh good for you! I am soo jealous! I'm hoping to find the same kind of deal. I'm gonna go to as many yard sales as i can in hopes of finding a treadmill or elliptical.
