This Sunday I am doing my second half,I star training for this one since January .
Everything was going great but live happens and I mess whit my training in the last 3 weeks, I haven't got my long runs in except for this past Sunday I did 8 miles , three weeks before that I did 10miles , them I skip 3 long runs.
my question is Can i still do my half or it will be to risky?
This is my training for the past 7 weeks
May 2 to today : 5.5m- 4m- 8m
April 25 to May 1 : 5m- 4m- 4m
April 18 to April 24 : 3m - 6m
April 11 to April 17 : 4.5m - 5m -2 m
April 4 to April 10 : 7m - 5m -10m
Mach 28 to April 3: 4m- 2m- 4m- 9m
March 21 to March 27: 4m- 2m- 4m- 8m
