I missed a fair number of posts this month (May is super-busy every year) but I didn't miss out on the workouts. Here are the numbers from my log:

Bike: 6h 22m 52s - 86.7 Mi
Run: 3h 57m 01s - 20.13 Mi
Swim: 7h 56m 50s - 17550 Yd

And I'll add whatever else I do this weekend. I have more running and biking planned. If the weather turns (and it looks like it will) some of the bike may turn into pool time.

I'm trying to improve both my attitude and my volume of running! Making real progress.
